After graduating from St. Lawrence College's Energy Systems Engineering Technician program in 2021, Gabriel Nadeau joined Sustainable Kingston and worked alongside Cedric Pepelea.

He then branched off as an independent contractor and.worked as a Registered Energy Advisor affiliated with Green Communities Canada in November 2022.

Over the past two years, he has successfully completed more than 150 pre-retrofit evaluations and over 200 post-retrofit assessments, helping homeowners enhance their energy efficiency and reduce their carbon footprint.
